In 2009 the international Trade Show for Road Construction and Infrastructure Maintenance Viatec and the Trade Show for Building Machines and Devices Baumec will form a new exhibition duo from March 5 to 8 in Bolzano. The trade fair Baumec covers all the machinery and equipment needed on building sites: earth-moving machines and track vehicles, building cranes, forklifts, stackers, lifting equipment, hoisting winches, all kinds of building machinery, transporters, technology for municipal use, workwear, technical security and protective devices, while Viatec will continue to specialise exclusively in road construction. On show there will be machinery and products for the construction and maintenance of roads, bridges and tunnels, systems and products for industrial and traffic safety, traffic recording and control systems, winter maintenance technology and road signs.
